
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the customer cannot do the
activity as scheduled, he or she must immediately notify Hawaii Vacation Site
via e-mail.
- 24 Hour Cancellation Notice
Required. Any reservation cancelled 24 Hours before the reserved
activity time of the event will receive a full refund or less any charges as
listed on an activity's Fact Sheet. ( note: most activities don't have any
fees )
- Any Reservation Cancelled
within 24 hours of reserved activity time will be entitled to NO refund.
REFUND POLICY
- If an activity is cancelled,
but not including Roberts Hawaii Activities*,
Hawaii Vacation Site will refund the customer for that particular activity.
- If the customer arrives late
and/or does not do the activity at the scheduled time for any reason, the
customer will not be refunded and will be responsible for the full amount.
- If the requested reservation
is not available, Hawaii Vacation Site will not charge the customer for that
activity.
- If a customer cancels a
reservation, the appropriate fees according to the Cancellation Policy will be
followed.
- *Cancellation Fee of 10%.
For Roberts Hawaii Activities, you will be charged by Roberts Hawaii.
The Refund process will be begin immediately upon a cancellation, however
your credit may take up to 30 days before it is available on your
card.
