DESCRIPTION:
Let us take you to Haleakala, a
dormant volcano, famous for its majestic beauty and incredible scenery. You'll
see the flower gardens of 'upcountry Maui' and the rare Silversword plants, one
of the few plants that manage to survive in this harsh environment. Tour is
conducted in comfortable air-conditioned mini-buses by friendly knowledgeable
drivers. (A sweater and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.) Tour length
is approximately 6 hours. Transportation pick-ups begin at 6:45 a.m. depending
on location of hotel.
